Influence

I always sort of considered MK and Ashley a joke... until I read this book. Now I would like to be their best friend. They interviewed people in the fashion and art world- people of influence- to find out what influenced them. It is the most interesting coffee table book I've ever read. And, it was a total kick in the ass... as in, get out there and make it happen.
The interview with Terry Richardson was hilarious and depressing- but at one point he is talking about how models can show up to a shoot looking completely amazing until hair and makeup get a hold of them. If the makeup artist is having a bad day they can make them look terrible and ruin the whole shoot.
No pressure or anything.
